Before You Return an Item

Please contact LTD Skulls before sending any product back. Include your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return so we can review the request and provide instructions.

Return Condition

Products should be clean, unused, undamaged, and returned with any included parts or packaging when possible. Items that have been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, fulfillment error, or shipping damage, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by LTD Skulls.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with photos and order details. Keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
